Model release

By purchasing artwork from Magic Caricatures, you hereby grant The Peppermint Mafia, LLC and Joseph Hazard Rossow, irrevocable permission to publish any iteration of the artwork containing your likeness. These images may be published in any manner, including (but not limited to) books, magazines, calendars, advertisements, periodicals, and greeting cards. Furthermore, you will hold harmless the aforementioned artist and company from any liability by virtue of cropping, distortion, layout, or redesign that may be required and coloring and exposure shifts that may occur in reproducing this image. You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into this agreement on your own behalf. Purchasing products implies that you have read this release, fully understand its implications, and consent.
